Big Stone Mini Golf and Sculpture Garden

This is a complete hidden gem for families. Not only is it a fun mini golf course, but it’s so much more! It’s a sculpture garden, has animals, and has picnic and gathering areas with outdoor games to play. If you haven’t been to Big Stone Mini Golf and Sculpture Garden, you need to visit this spring, summer, or fall. Beautiful in all three seasons, our family has been a fan of this location for a long time. Always changing as sculptures and golf holes continue to be added, this is never the same spot from year to year.

The last time we were there, our two older kids played mini golf with some cousins. When we visited, there were 14 holes. Each one was extremely unique and provided not only interesting golfing, but fun sculptures. Then, we ate our lunch on some stone picnic tables, played some outdoor games, explored the sculptures and visited the animals. It was such a pleasant day! Hidden away off the beaten path, you will love the sounds of nature all around you as you explore and golf at this spot. Right across the way from this location is Gale Woods Farm, which is another great adventure if you’re looking for more to do nearby.

Again, if you’ve never been here, you need to make it sometime in 2024! Between the animals, sculptures, mini golf, and lawn games, this spot has something for everyone. Also, it’s a location that’s great for all ages, from the youngest to the most experienced explorers. Your family won’t be disappointed.

Until my next adventure,

Allie
